As our E-Commerce - Junior Merchandiser US you will be part of a strong skilled Digital team based in our headquater in Munich/Aschheim, building, managing and growing our US e-commerce business. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team with the vision to further grow our Luxery brand globaly.

Your key tasks include:

  • Consulting of IT and business colleagues according to current IT security guidelines
  • Ensuring global compliance
  • Incident Prevention & Response
  • Design and documentation of the own IT security architecture
  • Definition and maintenance of policies
  • Definition and maintenance of user rights
  • Risk management
  • Collaboration with the Data Protection Officers and Internal Audit
  • Cooperation and control of external partners
  • Coordination of activities with the head of department IT
  • Selection and implementation of new components
  • Fixing technical problems together with the external partners
  • The position includes several project management disciplines such as resource planning, vendor selection, cost
  • negotiation and project budget planning, SLA contract discussions, process optimization.
  • Analyze existing services and processes constantly by seeking improvements, specifying solution path-forward to
  • strive for efficiency
  • Applying relevant, technology, process and application knowledge
  • Ensuring in collaboration with business and other IT departments that necessary system & process changes are
  • properly defined, aligned and implemented (specified, followed up, tested, reviewed and implemented)
  • Own and manage Incidents
  • Plan and Manage test cycles

Qualifications, skills and abilities:

  • Safe handling of MS Office incl. Visio
  • 3 years of experience in IT Security
  • IT security certifications beneficial
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in the definition / assignment of roles in SAP
  • Experience with interfaces to connect to satellite systems, connection to third party hosting provider
  • Experience with agile development processes and methods
  • Solid e2e understanding of processes in Retail across markets
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques applied in IT delivery environment
  • Flexibility and improvisation skills to “make it happen”, independent on the obstacles
  • Sound problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
  • Proficiency in English, additional Language is a plus
